Question: Q: Exclamation mark instead of photo on Mac For several weeks I have noticed 'exclamation marks' instead of where photos should be on my Mac photos app. I used to take pictures with my iphone 7 plus and they'd synch without problem. If you open the image and see the exclamation mark, select Photos from the menu bar and click on the dropdown that says 'Revert to original'. I did that because repairing and rebuilding the database didn't work for me, and magically the image re-appeared. .I have the current software updates for both the Mac and LR. Still cannot import. Almost all of the images are now marked with an exclamation point. Is there a quick way of recovering all of the images marked with an exclamation point, I would really like to avoid having to manually recover those images from their original destination. Hi Rohit, this worked for me! Thanks a million.:) My Edge Browser and my Store app would not open. The Store App was greyed out and had an exclamation mark on it. Now they both work after trying your solution. One thing to note, I had to run the PowerShell as Administrator, and I had the use the PowerShell ISE (x86) for it to work. Cracked mac apps appked.
